Suzhou Yingrui Testing Technology Co., Ltd., as a third-party testing organization specializing in nondestructive testing, makes the following statement and commitment to ensure that we conduct our inspections scientifically, impartially, and accurately, adhere to professional ethics, fulfill our social responsibilities, and provide better quality services to our customers:

1. Our company is an independent legal entity and conducts various testing services within its prescribed scope. Our testing work is not subject to interference from any administrative agency or external factors. We consistently adhere to independence and impartiality and guarantee the fairness of our testing activities.

2. Our company strictly abides by relevant national laws and regulations, including accreditation standards such as CNAS-CL01:2018 "Criteria for the Accreditation of the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories," CNAS-CI01:2012 "Criteria for the Accreditation of the Competence of Inspection Bodies," GB/T 27025-2019 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories," and the "Criteria for the Accreditation and Review of Testing and Inspection Bodies" (State Administration for Market Regulation, No. 21, 2023). We adhere to relevant CMA and CNAS regulations, select advanced testing equipment based on currently valid and appropriate testing standards, methods, and specifications, and ensure the scientific and effective nature of our testing methods.

3. Our test reports are accurate and reliable, free of errors in data or conclusions. Other errors are minimized, and we refrain from false testimony to ensure the accuracy of test data.

4. Our company provides testing services to all clients equally and guarantees timely completion of testing tasks. Special circumstances will be determined through mutual agreement to ensure timely testing.

5. Our company and all its employees pledge to actively fulfill their social responsibilities in their daily activities. By providing fair and honest testing services, we will maintain fair competition in the market, protect public health and safety, and contribute to the development of a social integrity system and the healthy development of the industry.

6. Our testing personnel are dedicated to their duties, do not accept bribes, and strictly maintain client confidentiality, including state secrets, commercial secrets, and technical secrets. They will not engage in activities directly related to the products being tested, ensuring the integrity of their testing activities.

7. Our company continuously identifies risks that may affect impartiality, conducts risk analysis, and implements appropriate management.

8. Our company conscientiously implements testing fee standards, ensuring they are standardized and reasonable, and ensuring the standardization of testing services.

9. We will promptly handle, diligently investigate, and objectively analyze customer complaints, providing a clear response within 5 days to ensure customer satisfaction with our testing services.
